Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.


Our Services


At Squeaky Clean Washers, we specialize in:

  • Pressure Washing
  • Window Cleaning
  • Solar Panel Cleaning
  • Roof and Gutter Cleaning


All services are performed with the highest standards of quality and safety in mind.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Ensure that we have clear access to the area where services are to be performed.
  • Preparation: Remove or protect items that could be damaged during cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or moved.
  • Hazards: Inform us of any potential hazards like electrical wires, gas lines, or fragile structures before we commence work.


Deposit for Large Jobs


For jobs estimated to exceed $1000, a 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of the estimate. This deposit secures your booking and covers initial material costs.


Cancellations

  • Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to the deposit or 25% of the total estimate, whichever is less.


Precautionary Measures

  • Safety: Our team will take all necessary safety precautions. However, we are not liable for accidents caused by unforeseen circumstances or hazards not disclosed by the customer.
  • Insurance: We carry liability insurance for our work; however, coverage does not extend to pre-existing damage or customer negligence.


Service Scope and Pricing Adjustments

  • Estimates: All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the quote.
  • Additional Work: If upon arrival or during service, it is determined that additional work is necessary due to undisclosed conditions or changes in scope, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. This adjustment could be an increase or a decrease, depending on the nature of the additional work required.
  • Price Increase: If the price increases, you will be informed immediately, and your approval will be sought before proceeding with the additional work.
  • Price Decrease: If less work is needed than estimated, the price will be adjusted downward, and you will only be charged for the services rendered.


Completion Time


While we strive to complete services within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee exact completion times due to variables like weather or unforeseen job complexities.


Payment


Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.


Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to property damage unless due to our gross negligence.


Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
